Lucidchart Return Policy?
Lucidchart.com has a no-refund policy for all cancellations. After canceling a trial, the account is automatically downgraded to a limited, free plan. After canceling a paid subscription, the subscription will not renew and the plan will automatically downgrade to a limited, free plan at the end of the paid subscription period. Documents will remain in the account and can still be viewed. However, only the features available on a free plan will be accessible, and documents cannot be edited with full functionality. To permanently delete an account, personal information, and documents from the system, this can be done after canceling the subscription(s).
